Extras shown upfront
Child seat: +75,000 IDR. Night pickup from 21:00 to 07:00: +50,000 IDR. Add the seat and choose your pickup time to see the subtotal update.
What needs a separate confirmation
Extra stops, parking, tolls, waiting time, oversized or mixed-size luggage and other special requests. Your concierge will confirm the vehicle configuration and any applicable charges before you pay.
Cancellation & changes Reschedule at least 24 hours before pickup
Cancellations made less than 7 days before pickup are non-refundable.
You can reschedule your transfer by contacting your concierge at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, based on Bali time (WITA, UTC+8).
For earlier cancellations or other changes, contact your concierge for the applicable terms before booking.
All pickup times and cancellation or rescheduling deadlines use Bali time (WITA, UTC+8).
Arrival details & special requests
For an airport pickup, share your full name for the sign, flight number, arrival date and destination. Specify adults and children separately, along with your large, medium and small suitcases or bags. Your concierge will confirm the meeting point and pickup arrangements.
Travelling with children? Share their ages and tell us if you need a child seat. For an accessible vehicle, several stops or a destination not listed, ask us to arrange the right option before you book.
